Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Tomorrowbring ("the Service"), operated by Mathematic Arts LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of service

Tomorrowbring is a service of Mathematic Arts LLC. It is an AI-powered application that provides insights about potential employment futures based on information you provide.

Critical understanding: AI-generated content

YOU MUST UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. All responses are generated by artificial intelligence (Claude, provided by Anthropic)
  2. No human expert reviews, validates, or verifies the AI's responses
  3. The AI may make mistakes, provide inaccurate information, or make incorrect predictions
  4. Responses are speculative insights about possible futures, not guaranteed predictions
  5. This is NOT professional career counseling, employment advice, or expert guidance

By using this Service, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations and accept full responsibility for how you interpret and use any information provided.

Account terms

Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Keeping your password secure and confidential
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Payment terms

Subscription and fees

  • Tomorrowbring is a paid service with fees as displayed at the time of purchase
  • Fees are charged as a one-time payment
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing without notice to existing subscribers

Payment processing

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment processors
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination

Refund policy

Due to the nature of AI-generated content (which is created and delivered immediately upon use), we generally do not offer refunds after reports have been generated. However:

  • If you experience technical issues that prevent service access, contact us within 30 days for a full refund
  • Contact us within 14 days for a full refund (if reports have not been generated)
  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis outside of these limitations
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content is not grounds for refund

Acceptable use

You may NOT:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Service
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce content for commercial purposes
  • Use the Service to generate content that violates others' intellectual property rights
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to make decisions affecting others without their knowledge
  • Claim AI-generated content as human-written or professionally validated

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason

Intellectual property

Your content

  • You retain ownership of information you input into the Service
  • You grant us license to use your input to provide the Service (including sending to Anthropic for processing)
  • You represent that you have the right to provide any information you input

Our content

  • The Service, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws
  • AI-generated responses are provided "as-is" and we make no claim of ownership or accuracy

Third-party AI service

  • Claude AI is provided by Anthropic and subject to their terms and policies
  • We do not control Anthropic's service and are not responsible for their practices

Disclaimers and limitations of liability

NO WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
  • Warranties that the Service will help you achieve any employment or career outcomes

NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Tomorrowbring does NOT provide:

  • Professional career counseling or coaching
  • Employment advice
  • Expert predictions or guaranteed forecasts
  • Human-verified or human-validated information

Do not make important career, employment, or financial decisions based solely on AI-generated content from this Service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  2. We are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  3. We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI-generated content
  4. Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

AI limitations and errors

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI systems can and do make errors, including factual errors and logical mistakes
  • AI-generated content may reflect biases present in training data
  • AI predictions about the future are inherently uncertain and speculative
  • We make no representations about the accuracy or usefulness of any AI-generated content
  • You use AI-generated content entirely at your own risk

Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share your information.

Important reminder: Your data is sent to Anthropic for AI processing. By using the Service, you consent to this data sharing as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

By you

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your account:

  • If you violate these Terms
  • If we discontinue the Service
  • For any other reason, with [30 days] notice when practicable

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
  • You remain responsible for all fees incurred before termination
  • You may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on our website

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mathematic Arts LLC, Tomorrowbring, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
  • Decisions you make based on AI-generated content

Dispute resolution

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Miscellaneous

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mathematic Arts LLC regarding the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

No waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  4. You will not rely solely on AI-generated content for important decisions
  5. You accept all risks associated with using AI-generated insights
  6. You agree to be bound by these Terms
